Traffic Ticket and License Center

With many traffic offenses, drivers are issued tickets which they often pay and simply forget about. Motorists may have their licenses suspended or revoked, however, if they accumulate too many points on their driving records, and failure to pay tickets can result in bench warrants being issued for the arrests of those drivers.

Certain traffic offenses in themselves can result in misdemeanor or even felony criminal charges. Just as is the case with any criminal allegation, alleged offenders are presumed innocent and must have their guilt proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
