I cannot recommend Evan Hoffman highly enough. He helped resolve a first-degree misdemeanor and successfully got my arrest warrant removed much faster than I expected. Throughout the process, he was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.

One of the reasons I chose the Hoffman Firm was because of their clear knowledge and expertise in working with the DMV throughout the DMV hearing process, something that most other soliciations i received and consultations I had did not address as even an option. In fact, others had told me not to bother as DMV hearings are rarely won. However to the contrary, Evan Hoffman and his associate Nickkiee carefully collected my evidence, taking time to ensure preparedness for the DMV hearing.....which we won, and my license was immediately fully restored complete with a letter stating that the officer had no reason to pull me over.
Another one of the best parts in hiring the Hoffman Firm is that throughout the entire process of my more comprehensive case including and beyond the DMV, the firm put my mind-and time-at ease by handling all court appearances on my behalf, leaving my schedule free to proceed with work, travel, and life with minimal interruption.
Evan provided me with options as they arose for concluding the case, and respected my decisions as I made them regarding which direction I chose to go. Patience is key in any case , but well worth the result, which for me was a full dismissal.

I hired attorney Hoffman to clear up some tickets that my nephew had from several years ago and he got the job done. He not only corresponded with me often and throughout the whole process and got everything off my nephew's record and now my nephew is back on the road again. If you have old past driving tickets you need cleared up, he will get the job done. Our experience was not like the reviews, I'm glad I chose him to fight for my nephew.Will definitely reach out to him if needed again.The only negative is the staff that answer the phones are rude and speak to customers very rude, but my review is dealing directly with the attorney.

It is with a tremendous amount if thanks that I write this review of Mr. Hoffman and his law firm. I was referred to Mr. Hoffman by a co worker after I was arrested. I did nothing wrong and the police treated me like I was a criminal. I called Evan (on his private cell) and we spoke for over an hour. After that conversation I was relieved. I was lost and Evan explained the process in detail. Evan gave me his personal cell. Evan was able to get the case dismissed. I offered to write this review but Evan said it would not be necessary that me calling and thanking him was good enough. In spite of Evan saying this review was not necessary I want anyone who finds this review to know that Mr. Hoffman will go the extra mile and he cares about his clients. Lawyers have bad reputations but I know of at least one that I trust with my freedom.. Thank you Evan.

Another NOT GUILTY. Mr.Hoffman represented a client charged with kidnapping and battery. After a three day trial the jury returned a verdict of NOT GUILTY. The jury was deliberating for 30 minutes. Needless to say Mr. Hoffman did an excellent job and was masterful in his cross examination. He was able to show the jury inconsistencies in the witness and police testimony. Instead of having a life sentence the client is now free and vindicated. If you or someone you know has been accused or charged with a crime do not hesitate to call Evan Hoffman.
